       Title: Double Chocolate Zucchini Cake

       3 c  Flour
   1 1/2 ts Baking powder
   1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
   1 1/4 ts Salt
       1 ts Baking soda
     1/8 ts Cloves
   1 1/2 c  Oil
   2 1/3 c  Brown sugar; packed
       4    Eggs
       2 oz Unsweetened chocolate;
            -melted
       3    Zucchini; grated
       1 c  Chocolate chips
       1 c  Nuts; chopped
  
   Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, baking soda
   and cloves and set aside.  Beat together oil and sugar,
   then add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each
   addition. Gradually beat in melted chocolate, then dry
   ingredients.  Beat until smooth. Fold in zucchini,
   chocolate chips and nuts.  Pour into greased and floured
   Bundt pan and bake at 350~ for 1 hour 20 minutes.  Frost,
   especially good with a chocolate glaze.
   NOTE: Cooked less time.  Used 2 large zucchini, plenty!
