       Title: Peanut Butter/bran Muffins

       Yield: 8 servings
  
     1/2 c  Whole Wheat Flour                   1    Egg
     1/3 c  Bran                              1/4 c  Peanut Butter
       2 ts Baking Powder                     1/2 c  Lowfat Milk
       1 tb Sugar                             1/3 c  Peanuts, chopped
  
    Combine the flour, bran, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Add the
   remaining ingredients and blend.
   
    Spoon into oiled muffin tins or paper muffin cups.
   
    Bake in a 375-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
   
    Makes 8
