       Title: Honey Lemon Sweet Rolls

       Yield: 9 rolls
     3/4 c  Water plus 2 Tbl
       2 tb Butter or margarine,softened
   2 1/2 c  Better for Bread Flour
     1/4 c  Sugar
       1 ts Salt
       1 ts Fleischmann’s Brd.Mach.Yeast
       1 tb Margarine or butter,softened
 ----------------------------HONEY LEMON FILLING----------------------------
     1/3 c  Chopped pecans
     1/3 c  Golden raisins
       1 tb Sugar
       3 tb Honey
     1/2 ts Grated lemon peel
     3/4 ts Lemon juice
 --------------------------------HONEY GLAZE--------------------------------
     1/4 c  Sugar
     1/4 c  Honey
       1 tb Margarine or butter
   1 1/2 ts Grated lemon peel

    Measure carefully, placing all ingredients except those for FILLING,
    1 tablespoon margarine and HONEY GLAZE in bread machine pan in the
    order recommended by the manufacturer of your machine.
    Process on DOUGH/Manual cycle.
    Grease square pan, 9x9x2 inches. Prepare Honey Lemon Filling by mixing
    all ingredient together.
    Flatten dough with hands or rolling pin into 9-inch square on lightly
    floured surface. (Let dough rest 15 minutes if difficult to flatten.)
    Spread 1 tablespoon margarine over dough. Spoon filling by scant
    teaspoonfuls evenly over dough.
    Roll dough up tightly; pinch edge of dough into roll to seal. Cut roll
    into nine 1-inch slices. Place slices, cut side down, in pan. Cover and
    let rise in warm place 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until double.
    Heat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove
    from pan to wire rack.
    Drizzle Honey Glaze over warm rolls. Serve warm.
    Honey Glace: Heat all ingredients to boiling over medium-high heat;
    reduce heat. Simmer uncovered about 3 minutes or until thickened.
