       Yield: 18 servings
     1/2 c  Butter
       2 c  Dry Curd Cottage Cheese
       2    Eggs
     1/2 c  Cracker Meal
       2 c  Flour
       2 tb Sugar
       1 ds Salt
   Combine all ingredients.  On a floured board, roll
   portions into cigar shapes, about 4-inches long. Drop
   half at a time into boiling water. Cook 15 minutes,
   removed carefully with a slotted utensil to drain.
   Serve sprinkled with sugar, cinnamon, and melted
   Makes 18 dumplings.
   Note:  Name is pronounced Sheeshky
   My notes:  This is a wonderful-tasting dish.
