       Title: Snowflake Rosettes

       4    Eggs
       2 c  Milk
       2 c  All-purpose flour
       2 tb Sugar
     1/2 ts Salt
       1 ts Vanilla
            Oil for frying
  
   Beat eggs until just before they begin to foam.  Add
   the milk a little at a time.  Add flour gradually.
   Beat until smooth.  Add sugar, salt and vanilla.  Heat
   hot oil/  Place iron in hot oil, then in batter Fry
   one at a time until golden.  Sprinkle with granualated
   sugar.
