* Exported from MasterCook * RHUBARB STRAWBERRY CRISP Recipe By : Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Desserts Fruits Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3 c Fresh rhubarb, in 1″ pieces 1 lb Frozen whole strawberries -- drained, OR... 1 pt -Fresh strawberries* 1/4 c Granulated sugar 1/4 c Sifted all-purpose flour 3/4 c Quaker Oats, uncooked -- (quick or old-fashioned) 3/4 c Brown sugar, firmly packed 1/3 c Butter or margarine -- melted Combine rhubarb, strawberries and sugar. Place in a 9-inch square baking dish. Combine flour, oats, brown sugar and butter, mixing until crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture over rhubarb and strawberries. Bake in preheated moderate oven (350 F.) about 40 minutes or until rhubarb is tender. *NOTE: If fresh strawberries are used, increase sugar to 1/2 cup.
