       Title: SAILORS DUFF

       Yield: 6 servings
  
       2 tb Butter
       2 tb Brown sugar
       1    Egg
     1/2 c  Molasses
   1 1/2 c  Sifted flour
     1/2 ts Salt
       1 ts Baking powder
     1/2 c  Boiling water
  
   Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy.  Add beaten egg and molasses.
   Sift flour, soda, salt and baking powder together and add alternately with
   boiling waer in small amounts.  Mix thoroughly.  Turn into greased mold and
   steam 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
