                            CHOCOLATE NUT CRUNCH

   12                    chocolate graham crackers
    1      cup           walnuts -- finely chopped
    1      cup           butter
    1      cup           brown sugar -- firmly packed
 
 Spray a 10 x 15 inch cookie sheet with Pam. Lay crackers in pan, touching on si
 des. Sprinkle nuts evenly over top. Cook butter and brown sugar stirring consta
 ntly, until it boils. Boil for 3 minutes without stirring. Pour over crackers a
 nd spread evenly. Bake 8 - 10 minutes in a 400 degree oven until bubbly and sli
 ghtly darker around the edges. Cool completely in pan. Break in pieces. Store i
 n airtight container.
