Lay crackers in pan, touching on si des. Sprinkle nuts evenly over top. Cook butter and brown sugar stirring consta ntly, until it boils. Boil for 3 minutes without stirring. Pour over crackers a nd spread evenly. Bake 8 - 10 minutes in a 400 degree oven until bubbly and sli ghtly darker around the edges. Cool completely in pan. Break in pieces.
