       Title: Its-Not-Really-A-Pizza Pizza
  Categories: Cookies
       Yield: 1 servings
  
     1/2 c  Butter; softened
     1/2 c  Sugar
       1    Egg
       1 ts Vanilla extract
       1 c  All-purpose flour
       1 c  Oats
            Quick or old fashioned
     1/4 ts Baking soda
     1/4 ts Salt
            Prepared cake frosting; *
            -see note
            Flaked coconut
            =to look like shredded
            -cheese
            Halved black gumdrops
            Or jelly beans
            =to look like olives
            Strawberry or cherry fruit
            -roll-ups
            Cut into circles
            =to look like pepperoni
            Green gummy worms
            For green pepper strips
  
        *  tinted with red & yellow food colored to look like pizza sauce
   Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking
   spray. Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add egg and vanilla. Beat well.
   Mix together flour, oats, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Add to egg
   mixture. Spread dough onto a 10 inch pizza pan. Spread dough about 1/2 inch
   thick. Bake 22-25 minutes or until golden brown.
        Cool 5 minutes on cookie sheet. Carefully loosen underneath with
   spatula. Leave on pizza pan, let cool completely. Spread all over bottom of
   crust with pizza sauce tinted frosting. Sprinkle coconut cheese on top.
   Place fruit roll-up pepperroni circles over top. Top with gummy worm green
   pepper strips.
       Note: this one is so much fun for the kids. For a slumber party, make a
   few large pizzas or lots of mini pizza ahead of time and let the kids go
   wild decorating - this would make a great birthday cake also.
