* Exported from MasterCook * Rhubarb Crumble Recipe By : Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Desserts Fruit Low Fat Tried and True Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 6 cups rhubarb -- sliced 1/2″ thick 1/4 cup honey Vegetable cooking spray 1/3 cup regular oats 1/3 cup flour 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 3 tablespoons Butter - Lactantia Light -- cut into small piece Combine rhubarb and honey together in a bowl, toss to coat. Spray 8″ pan with vegetable spray and add rhubarb. In food processor put oats, flour and brown sugar. Pulse a couple of times to mix. Add butter and process until it resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle mixture over rhubarb. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes or until rhubarb is tender. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - NOTES : I did not find it quite sweet enough.
