       Title: Peach Dessert

       Yield: 1 servings
  
       1 c  Flour
       5 tb Powdered sugar
     1/2 c  Margarine
       2    Eggs; beaten
   1 1/4 c  Sugar
     1/4 c  Flour
     1/2 ts Salt
       2 c  Sliced fresh peaches
  
   Blend flour, powdered sugar and margarine. Press into a
   well-greased 9x9-inch pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
   Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over baked crust.
   Return to oven, and bake 35 minutes more. Cool. Serve with
   ice cream or whipped topping.JM.
