                            Crown Jewel Dessert

    3      small boxes   Jello -- assorted colors
    1      small box     Lemon Jello
    2      pkgs          Lady Fingers
    1      cup           Pineapple Juice
    1      pint          Heavy cream
      1/4  cup           sugar
 
 Make the 3 pkgs. of Jello by mixing each flavor with 1 cup hot water and 1/2 cu
 p cold water.  Pour each flavor into an 8 square cake pan and refrigerate unti
 l firm.
 
 Line a spring form pan with lady fingers.
 
 In a sauce pan, mix the pineapple juice, sugar and lemon jello.  Stir to boilin
 g point and then let mixture set in the refrigerator until like a syrup.  Beat 
 the heavy cream until firm.  Fold in the lemon mixture.  Cut the jello (that is
  in the 8 pans) into 1/2 squares.   Fold the jello cubes into the whip cream 
 mixture.
 
 Pour this into the spring form pan and refrigerate for 6 hrs.

 NOTES : Note:  In place of the lady fingers you can also use a graham cracker c
 rust made up of 2 c. graham cracker crumbs and 1 stick of melted margarine.
