                      Chestnut Chocolate Dessert (Mf)

    1      15 1/2 ounce  chestnuts -- canned
      1/2  cup           unsweetened cocoa powder
      1/2  cup           confectioner’s sugar
    2      tablespoons   dark rum -- (up to 3)
      1/4  cup           unwhipped heavy cream
      3/4  cups          heavy cream -- whipped
 
 Drain chestnuts and rinse under cold water; dry. Place them with cocoa
 powder, sugar, rum and 1/4 cup unwhipped heavy cream in processor. Puree,
 scrape down sides and process until chestnuts are pureed. Whip cream, fold
 into puree and chill until dinner time.
 
 Yield: 4 servings
