    3                    oranges
    2                    grapefruit
      1/3  c             sugar
    1      tbsp          cornstarch
      1/2  c             water
      1/2  c             fresh grapefruit juice
    2                    bananas
 
 Section oranges and grapefruits by cutting slice from top, then cut off peel in
  strips from top to bottom, cutting deep enough to remove white membrane, and t
 hen cut slice from bottom.  Or cut off peel round and round, spiral fashion.  G
 o over fruit again, removing any white membrane.  Cut along side of each dividi
 ng membrane from outside to middle of core.  Remove section by section over bow
 l to retain juice.  In small saucepan mix sugar and cornstarch.  Stir in water 
 and grapefruit juice.  Stir over med heat until it comes to a boil and thickens
 .  Simmer 1 min.  Add fruit sections to hot sauce.  Peel bananas, cut in diagon
 al slices, add to sauce, and serve warm.
