Mixed crumb topping in a medium bowl. 2. cook syrup mixture saucepan over medium heat until thick and clear. 3. Press half of crumb mixture into a 9"x13″ pan. Cover with Rhubarb. Pour syrup mixture over that and top with the rest of crumbs. Bake for one hour at 350 dgr.
