                   Honey Peanut Butter Ice Cream Squares

                         Crust;
      1/2  Cup           Flour
      1/3  Cup           Quick Cooking Oats
      1/4  Cup           Sugar
      1/4  Cup           Butter
      1/4  Teaspoon      Baking Soda
                         Ice Cream:
      1/2  Cup           Crunchy Style Peanut Butter
      1/3  Cup           Light Corn Syrup
    2      Tablespoons   Honey
      1/2  Gallon        Vanilla Ice Cream -- Slightly Softened
    1      Cup           Peanuts -- Chopped, Salted
 
 Heat oven to 350 degrees.  Line 9 square baking pan with
  aluminum foil, extending excess foil over edges.  In large mixer
  bowl, combine all crust ingredients.  Beat at medium speed,
  scraping bowl often, until crumbly (1 to 2 minutes).  Press on
  bottom of prepared pan.  Bake for 12 to 20 minutes or until
  lightly browned.  Cool completely.  In small bowl stir together
  peanut butter, corn syrup and honey.  Spread half of peanut
  butter mixture over crust.  Spread half of ice cream over peanut
  butter mixture.  Drop by spoonfuls and spread remaining peanut
  butter mixtuer over ice cream; sprinkle wtih 1/2 c. peanuts.  Spread
 and swirl remaining ice cream over peanuts.  Sprinkle
  with remaining peanuts.  Freeze 8 hour or overnight or until
  firm.  To serve, life ice cream square from pan, using aluminum
  foil as handles.  Remove aluminum foil.  Cut into squares; serve
  immediately.
