   125g sultanas 2 tablespoons rum 125g dark cooking chocolate 125g white
   marshmallows 125g cream cheese at room temperature desiccated coconut
   Place the sultanas in a dish and pour in the rum. Allow to stand for at
   least 4 hours or overnight if possible. Melt chocolate and marshmallows in
   a double saucepan. When well mixed, remove from heat, and mix in the cream
   cheese then the sultanas.  Roll into small balls and then roll in coconut.
