       3    Eggs
     1/4 c  Water
       2 tb Light rum
       1 tb Frozen orange juice
            -concentrate thawed
      26 pk Equal
     1/3 c  Cocoa
   1 1/3 c  Fine, dry bread crumbs
      Beat eggs with water, rum and orange juice concentrate until thick and
   lemon colored. (5-7 minutes) Gradually add Equal. Fold in cocoa and bread
   crumbs. Mixture will become very dense. Shape rounded teaspoons of the
   mixture into balls. Let stand at room temp. until outsides are dry. Store
   in airtight container in refrigerator. (3 truffles per serving is approx.
