                          ANGEL FOOD CAKE TOPPING

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    1                    egg white
    1      cup           sugar
    1      package       (10-oz) frozen strawberries, * -- half thawed
 
 *(you may use red raspberries)
 Combine all ingredients.  Beat in electric mixer for at least 30 minutes.
 Makes a delicious topping for a white cake.
 But 30 minutes? Thank goodness for stand mixers. :-))
