     1/3 c  Soy sauce
     1/4 c  Lemon juice
       1 ts Cayenne pepper
       1 ds Of Tabasco sauce (optional)
     1/4 c  Brown sugar or honey
     1/4 c  Sherry
  
   Combine all ingredients.  Serve over Chinese pork
