    1      large         Onion -- diced
    1 1/2                Bell Pepper -- diced
      3/4  cup           Celery -- diced
   24      ounces        Stewed Tomatoes
    4 1/2  teaspoons     Chili powder
      3/4  teaspoon      Salt (to taste)
    4      cups          Turkey -- cook/cut up
    6      cups          Rice -- cooked
 
   Put everything except rice in crockpot.  Leave for most of the day.
