                        Slow Cooker Mexican Carnitas

    1      pound         lean boneless pork -- cut in small cubes
    1      10 oz pkg     frozen French style green beans -- partially thawed
    2      tablespoons   minced onion
    2      tablespoons   chopped pimiento
      1/2  teaspoon      season salt
      1/8  teaspoon      pepper
 
 serves 3 to 4
 
 Place green beans in Crock-Pot.  Top with onion, pimiento, seasoned salt and pe
 pper; add cubed pork.  Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 9 hours.
 
 Doube recipe for 5 quart Crock-Pot.
