                           Mulled Cranberry Cider

    3      Cups          Cranberry Juice -- ]
    3      Cups          apple cider
    1      Tbsp          grated fresh ginger
    1      Tsp           whole allspice
                         or 1/2 tsp ground allspice
 
 In large saucepan, combine cranberry juice, cider, ginger and
 allspice.
 Cover and bring slowly to boil.  Reduce heat to low  and simmer for
 45 minutes; strain. Serve hot.
 Makes 6 cups (1.5 L) Preparation time: 5 minutes Simmering time: 45
 minutes
 Per cup: 145 calories, 38g carbohydrate, excellent source of vitamin
