* Exported from MasterCook * White Hot Chocolate Recipe By : Marni Tuttle <tuttle@ug.cs.dal.ca> Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:10 Categories : Beverages Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3 1/2 cups milk 2 tablespoons sugar 3 1/2 ounces white chocolate, finely chopped 1 ounce milk chocolate, finely chopped Creme de cacao, optional 1. Heat milk and sugar to just below a boil. Remove from heat and add chocolate. Let stand 2 minutes. Transfer to a blender and whip until frothy. Add creme de cacao if desired. Serve hot.
