                              COCOA MILK SHAKE

    3      tablespoons   cocoa
      1/2  teaspoon      sugar or honey
    1      pinch         salt
      1/4  teaspoon      vanilla
    1                    egg, well beaten
    1      cup           milk
 
 Mix cocoa and sugar with a little milk to make smooth paste.  Add
 remaining ingredients.  Beat well.  Add spoonful of whipped cream, ice
 cubes and serve.
