                             SPICED ORANGE MILK

    1 1/2  cups          orange juice
    1      tablespoon    sugar
    1 1/2  cups          evaporated milk
    1      cup           water
    3                    egg yolks and egg whites
                         nutmeg
 
 Combine juice, sugar, milk and water.  Beat egg yolks; add milk mixture. 
 Beat egg whites stiff; fold in.  Serve in tall glasses with ice; sprinkle
 with nutmeg.  Serves 4.
