                        World Famous Spaghetti Sauce

    4      pounds        pot roast
    2      cloves        garlic
   12      sprigs        rosemary
    1                    onion, chopped
      3/4  cup           red wine
    1      28 oz.        crushed tomatoes
    1      28 oz         tomato puree
    1      6 oz          tomato paste
    1      8 oz          tomato sauce
    1      tablespoon    Italian herbs
    2                    bay leaves
    1      tablespoon    oregano
                         salt and pepper
    1      can           bouillon
 
 Insert slivers of garlic and rosemary into roast.  Brown on all sides.  Add
 onion to brown.  Add rest of ingredients.             Simmer for 3 1/2 hours
 uncovered.  Taste for seasoning.  Add more seasoning if needed.  Thin with
 canned bouillon.
