       8 oz onion
       1 oz garlic puree
       8 oz tomato sauce
       4 oz catsup
       4 oz wine vinegar
       2 oz fresh lemon juice
       4 oz worcestershire sauce
       4 oz light brown sugar
     1/3 c  hot chile powder
       2 t  celery salt
       1 t  ground cumin
       3 t  liquid smoke
 
 combine ingredients in a saucepan, over a medium-low flame simmer for 15
 minutes, stirring often 
 serve hot, warm, or at room temperature
 note:  excellent for pork
