       Title: Butterscotch Sauce

       Yield: 4 servings
       1 c  Dark Brown Sugar Packed
     2/3 c  Light Corn Syrup
       4 tb Butter
     1/2 c  Heavy Cream (Whipping Cream)
     1/4 c  Milk
       1 ts Cornstarch
   Boil sugar, corn syrup, and butter in a saucepan.  Bring to 230 degrees F.
   Mix cream and milk with cornstarch; add to syrup, mix until smooth over
   lowered heats  Sauce will thicken as it cools.
     This is an old soda fountain recipe so will give you an old fashioned
   taste rather than the commercial taste.
