                         Zesty Clam Sauce for Pasta

    1      packet        Butter Buds® -- liquified
    1                    garlic clove -- minced
      1/3  cup           chopped onions
   13      ounces        Canned clams -- rinsed, drained
      1/4  cup           Parsley -- chopped
      3/4  teaspoon      dried basil
      1/4  teaspoon      fresh ground black pepper
    8      ounces        Spaghetti -- cooked
 
 In small saucepan over medium heat, stir liquid Butter buds,
 garlic and onion for 3 minutes.  Stir in all remaining
 ingredients except pasta.  Stir over medium-low heat just until
 mixture is hot throughout.  To serve, spoon clam sauce over hot
 pasta on serving platter.

 NOTES : The original recipe called for butter.  I substituted the Butter Buds.
