   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    1 1/2  ounces        oats, rolled (raw) -- dry
      1/3  cup           nonfat dry milk
    1      teaspoon      baking powder
    1      teaspoon      cinnamon
    2      tablespoons   raisins
    2      tablespoons   peanut butter -- (chunky)
    1      teaspoon      vanilla extract
      1/2                banana -- (mashed)(adds sweet)
    2      tablespoons   water -- (maybe 3 T)
 
     Combine all. Divide into 2 cookies on a sprayed baking sheet. Bake at
 350 F. for 5-8 min. Do not over-bake. This makes 2 soft cookies. 1 cookie
 = 1 bread, 1/2 milk, 1 protein, 1 fat & 1 fruit.
