                           Rocky Road Brownies

   4      ounces        bittersweet chocolate
   1      cup           butter
   2      cups          sugar
   4                    eggs -- at room temperature
   1      cup           flour
   1      teaspoon      vanilla
   2      cups          miniature marshmallows
   1      cup           semisweet chocolate chips
   1      cup           chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease a 9x13 baking pan.  Melt bittersweet
chocolate and butter in large saucepan over low heat.  Remove from heat and
add sugar, blending well.  Beat in eggs, one at a time.  Stir in flour and
vanilla.  Add marshmallows, chocolate chips and nuts and mix thoroughly.  Turn
mixture into prepared pan, spreading evenly.  Bake until almost set, about
40-45 minutes.  Cool 10 minutes.  Cut into squares.  Store brownies in an
airtight container.
