                  Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Brownies

   1      cup           sugar
     1/2  cup           butter -- melted
     1/3  cup           crunchy peanut butter
   2                    eggs
   1      teaspoon      vanilla
   1 1/4  cups          flour
     2/3  cup           semisweet chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350°.  In medium bowl stir together sugar, butter, peanut
butter, eggs and vanilla until well mixed.  Stir in flour until well
mixed.  Stir in chocolate chips.  Spread batter into greased 9 inch
square baking pan.  Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
