Pour into greased and floured 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. CHOCOLATE-CARAMEL EXPLOSION: Microwave 1 pkg (397g) Kraft caramels with 4 Tbsp milk on HIGH for 3 minutes or until melted; stir until smooth. With small wooden spoon handle, poke holes into cake. Pour in filling and garnish with 1/3 cup chopped roasted pecans. DEATH BY CHOCOLATE: Melt 1 pkg Baker's white chocolate(chopped), 1/4 cup butter and 1/4 cup whipping cream over very low heat. Stir until smooth; cool slightly. With small wooden spoon handle, poke holes into cake. Pour in filling and garnish with chocolate curls. -----
