* Exported from MasterCook Mac * Chocolate Pudding Cake Recipe By : Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Cakes Desserts Chocolate Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- Cake: 2 c flour 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/2 c sugar 4 tsps baking powder 1 c milk 4 tsps butter -- melted 2 squares unsweetened chocolate -- melted Sauce: 1 1/2 c sugar 1 1/2 c brown sugar 6 tbsps cocoa 3 c boiling water Preheat oven to 350°. Cake: Combine flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder together. Add milk and mix. Melt chocolate and butter together in a separate dish. Cool slightly then add to the cake batter and mix well. Pour mixture into a buttered 9 X 13 pan. Sauce: Combine sugar, brown sugar, and cocoa together and sprinkle over the cake batter. Carefully pour boiling water over the top. Bake 40 minutes.
