                        Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake

   2      cups          Flour
   1      cup           Sugar
   2      teaspoons     Baking powder
   1      teaspoon      Salt
   4      tablespoons   Cocoa
   1      cup           Mayonnaise
   1      cup           Water
   1      teaspoon      Vanilla
                        ICING
   2      cups          Powdered sugar
   2      tablespoons   Cocoa
   1      tablespoon    Butter or margarine

Mix all ingredients for cake together and mix well. bake in greased and lightly floured 9 x 13 pan. bake at 325 until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Approximately 25-30 minutes. For Icing: Add milk a little at a time until icing is of spreading consistency
