Whip the Crema Mexicana with the confectioner's sugar until smooth. Pour over f
ruit. 

For a delectable change, try adding flavored liqueurs like Kahlúa or Grand Marni
er, and a touch of sugar. Creams can be used straight from the bottle or sweete
ned to your taste with sugar or a substitute.
