* Exported from MasterCook II * Jelled Marsala Fruit Cup Recipe By : Good Housekeeping 1962 Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Desserts Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin 1 cup water 1/2 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup currant jelly 1/2 cup sugar 1 1/2 cups Marsala wine few drops red food coloring 1 cup fresh pears -- cubed 1 cup green grapes -- halved, seedless Slightly sweetened whipped cream In saucepan, sprinkle gelatin on water to soften; add lemon juice, jelly, sugar. Stir over low heat until melted and clear; add wine and food color. Refrigerate until mixture begins to set; then stir in fruit. Turn into 5 cup mold. Refrigerate about 4 hours, or until firm.
