  1 1/2 c  Flour
      1    Butter, stick
      6    Apples,fresh,peeled,cored,sl
      1 c  Sugar; `
      1 ts Cimmamon, ground
      1 pt Half and half
      2    Eggs
      1 ts Cornstarch
 
  Combine flour and butter.  Pat in greased pan. Combine apples, sugar and
  cinnamon and top on crust. Dot with butter. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour at
  350. Beat half and half, eggs and cornstarch; pour over second layer. Bake
  15 - 20 minutes until browned.
