      Title: Italian White Bean Salad
 Categories: Italian, Beans, Salad
      Yield: 4 Servings

      2 cn Cannellini beans
    1/2 c  Olive oil
      1 t  Basil
    2/3 c  Red onion, chopped
      1 t  Salt
      2 T  Wine vinegar

  Combine all ingredients and toss well. Refrigerate for several hours
  before serving.
