---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.04 Title: Iced Coffee Categories: Beverages Yield: 2 Servings 2 tb Instant espresso powder -Medaglia d'Oro is excellent 1/2 c Hot tap water 2 c Ice cubes 1/2 c Sweetened condensed milk Dissolve espresso powder in hot water. Allow to cool to room temperature. (The quickest way is to mix the ingredients in a small metal bowl and swirl.) Combine espresso mixture, sweetened condensed milk and ice in blender.
