MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.01 Title: Chili Sauce (Sugar Free) Categories: Diabetic, Sauces, Chili Yield: 6 =1/2 pints 3 qt Tomatoes; -(about 2 medium) -peeled, chopped 2 ts Salt -(about 18 medium) 3/4 ts Cinnamon 2 c Chopped green peppers; 3/4 ts Cloves -(about 2 medium) 2 c Vinegar 2 c Chopped onions; 3 tb Liquid artificial sweetener Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pot. Bring to a simmer. It may require 3 to 4 hours of cooking time. When the mixture reaches the desired thickness, pour hot, into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space. Adjust caps.
