       Title: Butterscotch Brownies

       1 c  Brown sugar, packed
       6 oz Butterscotch chips; melted
       4    Eggs
       1 ts Vanilla extract
   1 1/2 c  Flour
   1 1/2 ts Baking powder
     1/4 ts Salt
     3/4 c  Walnuts; chopped
       6 oz Semisweet chocolate chips

   1. Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine brown sugar and
   melted butterscotch chips; mix well. Add eggs and vanilla and beat
   until well blended. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt; mix well.
   Stir in walnuts and chocolate chips.
   2. Spread batter evenly in a greased 9-inch square baking pan. Bake
   25 to 30 mins, or until golden and set. Let cool in pan. Cut into 25
   (1 1/2-inch) squares.
