A store brand Brownie Mix  ( they usually have less F-t)
 For fudgey brownies: 
 To substitute eggs, oil and water :Add 8 oz. plain yoghurt and 4 oz. skim
 milk or soy milk (You can add 1/2 tesp of baking soda or powder if you want it
 to rise more) For a treat, sprinkle 2 tbsp. of low fat chocolate bits  over
 batter.  Bake as usual.
 For cakey brownies:
 To substitute eggs, oil, and water : Add 3 egg whites, and 1/4 c. applesauce.
