                            Di Saronno Brownies

      1/4  pound         butter
    2      ounces        semisweet chocolate
    2      each          egg -- beaten
      3/4  cup           flour
      1/4  teaspoon      salt
      1/2  cup           pecans -- chopped
      1/4  cup           Di Saronno Amaretto
                         chocolate frosting
 
 Preheat oven to 325F. Grease an 8 inch square pan. Melt butter and 
 chocolate in small pan; set aside to cool. Stir in eggs. Add remaining 
 ingredients, except Di Saronno Amaretto, and mix well. Bake 35 minutes; 
 brownies should still be soft. Cool. Poke with fork; pour Di Saronno 
 Amaretto over top of brownies. Refigerate overnight. Ice with favorite 
 chocolate frosting. Cut into squares.
