       Title: Chocolate Truffle Cake # 2

       Yield: 1 servings
       1 lb Semisweet chocolate
     1/2 c  Butter
   1 1/2 ts Flour
   1 1/2 ts Sugar
       1 ts Hot water
       4    Eggs; separated
       1 c  Whipping cream
     Preheat oven to 425F. Grease bottom of 8 springform pan.
   Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
     Melt chocolate and butter over very low heat. Add flour,
   sugar and water, mixing well. Add egg yolks, one at a time,
   beating mixture well after each one. Fold in beaten egg
   whites. Put into pan, bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Let cool,
   refrigerate for at least a few hours to set.
     Whip cream and spread over cake. Best to cut while cold,
   then let stand at room temperature for about 15 minutes
   before serving.
