---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Chocolate Truffle Cake # 2 Categories: Cheesecakes, Chocolate Yield: 1 servings 1 lb Semisweet chocolate 1/2 c Butter 1 1/2 ts Flour 1 1/2 ts Sugar 1 ts Hot water 4 Eggs; separated 1 c Whipping cream Preheat oven to 425F. Grease bottom of 8″ springform pan. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Melt chocolate and butter over very low heat. Add flour, sugar and water, mixing well. Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating mixture well after each one. Fold in beaten egg whites. Put into pan, bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Let cool, refrigerate for at least a few hours to set.
