                        Double Chocolate Pound Cake

   18 1/4  ounce pkg.    chocolate fudge, devil’s food, German -- chocolate or
                         sour cream chocolate cake mix w/pudding
      2/3  cup           water
    3                    eggs
    1      cup           dairy sour cream
    1      cup           miniature chocolate chips
                         Easy Glaze:
      1/2  cup           Ready-to-spread frosting -- (any flavor)
    2      teaspoons     water -- or more as needed
 
 Heat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour 12 cup Bundt cake pan or tube pan,
 10x4". Beat cake mix (dry), water, eggs and sour cream in large mixer bowl
 on Low speed, scraping bowl constantly, until moistned. Beat on Meidum
 speed, scraping bowl frequently, 2 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour
 batter into pan. Bake until cake springs back when touched lightly in
 center, 40-45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; invert on wire rack or heatproof
 serving plate. Remove pan; cool cake completely. Spread with Easy Glaze,
 allowing some to drizzle down side. Sprinkle with flaked coconut, if desired.
 Easy Glaze: 
 Mix frosting with 2 tsp. of water. Stir in a few drops more as needed to
 desired consistency for glaze.
 Makes 12 servings.
