                  Black And White Chocolate Streusel Cake

    1      Stick         Butter Or Margarine -- softened
    1 1/4  C             Granulated Sugar
      1/2  C             Unsweetened Cocoa Powder -- firmly packed
    4                    Eggs
    2      C             Flour
    2      Tsp           Baking Powder
    1      Tsp           Baking Soda
    1      C             Sour Cream
      1/2  C             Brown Sugar, Packed
      1/2  C             Pecans -- chopped
    1      tsp           Cinnamon -- ground
      1/2  tsp           Allspice -- ground
   12      oz            White Chocolate, Imported -- cut into 3/4 chunks
 
 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Generously grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Dust 
 with flour; tap out excess.
 2. In a large bowl, beat together butter and granulated sugar with an 
 electric mixer on medium until light and fluffy, about 2 mins. Add cocoa 
 and beat until well mixed. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after 
 each addition.
 3. Stir together flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Add to chocolate 
 mixture alternately with sour cream. In a separate small bowl, mix 
 together brown sugar, pecans, cinnamon, and allspice.
 4. Turn half of batter into prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle half 
 of white chocolate chunks and half of brown sugar-nut mixture evenly over 
 batter. Repeat layers with remaining batter, remaining white chocolate 
 chunks, and remaining brown sugar-nut mixture.
 5. Bake 35 to 45 mins, or until a cake tester inserted in center comes out 
 clean. Cut into squares, and serve warm or at room temperature.
