                            Tunnel of Fudge Cake

    1 1/2  cups          butter -- softened
    6                    egg
    1 1/2  cups          sugar
    2      cups          flour
    1      box           Double Dutch Buttercream Frosting Mix
                         for two layer cake
    2      cups          walnuts -- chopped
 
 Cream butter, add eggs one at a time, add sugar, cream mix until light and
 fluffy.  By hand mix in frosting mix (this was a box frosting mix, and I
 don't know whether it is still available or what to substitute) and
 walnuts.
        Use a bundt pan or 10 tube pan
 Bake at 350 F 60 - 65 minutes.
 Cool two hours, remove from pan.
 Cool completely before serving.
 
 This will have a frosting in a “tunnel” in the middle of the cake.
