   1 1/2 c  Bisquick
     1/2 c  Sugar
     3/4 c  Pumpkin pie mix
       1    Egg
       2 tb Shortening
       1 ts Vanilla
            Sweetened whipped cream
  
   Recipe by: Bisquick 1971 cook book KRHN78A    Paula Blend all ingredients
   except the whipped cream in a large mixer bowl on low speed 1/2 min,
   scraping bowl frequently. Beat 4 mins. medium speed. Pour batter into
   greased and flours square pan, 8 by 8 by 2 inches or round layer pan, 9 by
   1 1/2 inches. Bake @ 350 deg. for 35-40 mins or until wooden pick inserted
   in center comes out clean. Serve warm with whipped cream. Says it makes a
   one layer beauty, served warm in a snowdrift of whipped cream. Paula
